Looking for a plan to get you to the finish line faster than last year?  Or perhaps across your very first triathlon finish line?

No Limits Training Plans created by Head Coach Todd Malcolm will help you reach your goal(s).  The plans are based on years of coaching experience and have been shown to produce great results.  Each plan contains well described workouts that are easy and fun to follow. Currently the plans are available for 16, 20 or 24 week programs.

Triathlons events available for coaching:

  • Sprint Distance
  • Olympic Distance
  • Half Ironman or 70.3
  • Full Ironman distance

What is a triathlon Training Plan?

A triathlon triathlon plan basically is like a road map that will take you to the finish line of your desired triathlon.

The training plan consists of daily workouts in swimming, biking and running.  Each day the workouts will be different.  Some days you will swim while other days you will bike and or run.  The time and distance of each workout will vary each week.

Each day you will be able to look at the plan and know what type of workout you need to complete.  The workouts will be fully described and easy to understand and complete.

Over the years, Coach Todd has created workouts that have been tested on 100’s of athletes and proven to work.  The workouts will work for you too![/text_block]
