Wildflower Training Camp (April 30 – May 6, 2012)
Picture yourself in California in May racing in one the world’s most famous and difficult triathlon. This is the race where great athletes year after year come test their fitness. Wildflower has had names like Peter Reid, Heather Fuhr, Samantha McGlone, and Chris McCormack tackle this amazing race.
In this week long camp you will stay in a beautiful California lake side home. We will swim, bike and run each day in preparation for your race on Saturday or Sunday. Would you like to tackle the world famous Half Ironman distance (Saturday) or the Olympic distance (Sunday)? Whichever you choose, you will not be disappointed.
The cost for the camp is $1200+gst (based on double occupancy). This includes accommodations, coaching and food. Entry into the race is not included. You can register for the race at http://www.tricalifornia.com/ The race WILL fill up.
Where is the race? The race is held at Lake San Antonia which is located approximately half way between L.A. and San Francisco.
To guarantee your bikes arrival it is recommended to fly into a larger center such as L.A. (LAX) or San Fran (SFO) and then drive to the house (~3 – 4 hr drive). Transportation is not included in cost but we may be able to coordinate sharing of vans with other campers.
One spot available!!!!

Looking at flights already:)
Be great to go down as a group.
Is the plan same as last time, overnight in Paso Robles on the Sunday and then to the camp on the Monday? Also, do we have accommodations ending on the 6th or 7th?
Kevin let me know what you come up with for flights. It would be great and fun to travel as a group. Yes plans are same as previous years and we will spend Sunday at Paso Robles. We will vacate the house on the Monday morning the 7th.
