No Limits Saturday Brick Class

This has been an ongoing brick class for 10 years. We start off the class with a 90 min indoor cycle on your own bike and trainer. Following this we head outside for a 45 – 60 min run. We run in all weather conditions! The focus of the class is to have a solid workout in a fun environment. The participants range in ability from beginner to those who want to win their age group in triathlon. This class is a favorite and will sell out fast.
