What you can expect at the camp?
We will train every day...except on Saturday when we will be cheering at the Ironman world champs.
Fun focused. We are NOT racing! We are here to experience this amazing Hawaiian island
We will be staying together in 1 - 2 houses.

What will you do?
Swim in the Pacific Ocean
We will swim almost daily in the warm pacific ocean
Bike up a Volcano
We will bike through a tropical rain forest and even up a Volcano!
This is incredible riding.
Run in a Lava Field
Have you ever wanted to run in a Lava Field? It's pretty cool....or rather it is very hot. We will also walk on the crater of a volcano! Yup we will do that.
Ironman World Champs
You will have the chance to cheer at one of the most celebrated triathlons in the world. The Ironman World Championships in Kona. Many triathletes will only dream of coming to this race. You will be there cheering! 🙂
