If you are looking for a way to improve your swim times for 2015 then look no further.
This class will teach you all about the In’s and Out’s of Front Crawl swimming during a 2.5 hour class lecture.
Following the lecture we move to the pool to be video taped above and below water to see what your stroke looks like.
This is a sure way to improve your knowledge and swim stroke.
Class starts at 12:00pm and will be complete near 6:00 pm.
