Day 5
This is one of my favorite days. As a kid who did not like to sing…5 Golden Rings… Well today I want you to pick 5 min during your activity of choice. Swim, Bike, Run, Ski, Walk or other and give a solid 5 min effort of 80% of higher while Keeping the rhythm “5 Golden Rings in your head”. That sounds like a tough one. Good luck!
